Your Role as a Social Work HC Supervisor 2 :

• Subject Matter Expert : Provide expert guidance on complex psychosocial evaluations and treatment plans.
• Quality Improvement Champion : Oversee and enhance the quality of clinical social work services through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Educator and Mentor : Develop and lead training programs for staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Project Manager : Oversee and support special projects, programs, and grants, contributing to the overall success of Clinical Support Services.
• Direct Service Provider : Maintain a caseload of outpatient social work clients, providing direct support and counseling.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Current Clinical Social Work License issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working with diverse cultures and low-income populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Knowledge of diverse therapeutic approaches and crisis intervention techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience as a lead or supervisor.
