Key experiences and skills required :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer / time service experience.
- Insurance and / or Premium Audit Industry experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Outlook required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction / interruption.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties :
- Communicate with leadership team frequently to ensure administrative requirements are met.
- Review management reports and audit software daily to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure team members are meeting company goals. Support leadership with any needs they may have.
