The Antenna Center of Excellence (COE) has an opening for a Sr. Technical Manager to lead the Test engineering team. This position will be located in Norcross, GA and will report to the Director of Engineering for the Antenna COE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic planning and execution for test equipment design and architecture, both hardware and software
- Qualification of hardware to MIL-STD, DO-160 and OEM specifications
- Own Engineering proposals, schedules, budget and staffing plans
- Supplier / Subcontract management
- People management including goals, performance reviews, career planning

S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 10+ years of related engineering experience
- 5+ years managing others
- Must be a US Person
- Ability to obtain a Security clearance
- Working knowledge of RF test and measurement concepts
- Knowledge of process for qualification of hardware
