Youll support franchise owners and customers alike, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting the full range of our services.
This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Requirements :
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers through phone and email to ensure high levels of satisfaction with current services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to inquire about and promote additional services for existing customers.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Translate and facilitate communication for Spanish-speaking franchise owners.
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations for potential franchise owners in Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry across various customer relationship platforms.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to address customer needs and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or service industry standards.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills; comfortable with data entry and quick to learn proprietary systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A solutions-oriented mindset, with a natural drive to help others and contribute positively to team goals.
Compensation :
- Base Salary : $40k - $45k, plus opportunities for commission and bonuses.
- Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage after 90 days of employment.
- 401k match eligibility after 6 months of employment.
