Job Description : Augusta Family Medicine, a hospital-employed, outpatient Family Medicine practice in Augusta, Maine is recruiting for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity for a full-time NP or PA to assist in meeting the healthcare needs of the community.If you have experience in primary care, enjoy variety, teamwork, and have a passion for providing high-quality, comprehensive and compassionate care, this may be the position for you!In this role, you will : provide team-based care in collaboration with the practice medical staff, care management, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a licensed clinical social worker.

provide daily patient care including new patient appointments, transition of care, acute visits and more!assist the triage team with clinical patient questions and concerns.

assist the medical staff with tasks related to patient care.Direct clinical experience as a PA or NP is strongly preferred, however we will consider a new graduate with extensive, related experience.
