Job Summary :
The Hardware Engineer is in charge of the HW environment setup, identifying related hardware engineering issues, communicating with customers, HQ team, and vendors to find the root cause, and ensuring products are delivered on time.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in R&D, manufacturing, and customer.
- Solves engineering issues in a timely manner.
- Analyzes failures and collaborates with R&D to find the root cause.
- Manages and guides the transition of products into production.
- Reviews and guides troubleshooting / repair direction.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Operates the oscilloscope and Digital multi-meter.
- Solders wire and reworks PCB boards.
- Checks CKT schematic and layout brd file by Allegro tool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of / Experience in / Proficiency in server / storage / PC hardware architecture.
- Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing and / or product development role.
- Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable.
- Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable.
