We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
This role involves working with children to adults, to improve communication and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs.
- Implement therapy programs to address speech and language issues, utilizing various techniques and interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques to support ongoing progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Conduct screenings and prevention programs to identify speech and language issues early.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families regarding communication disorders and treatment options.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development and related disorders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using speech therapy tools and technology.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with advancements in the field.
Working Conditions :
- Work may be conducted in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and private practices.
- May require travel between different locations and working with patients in various environments.
- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, and move around during therapy sessions.
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Proficiency in using speech therapy tools and technology.
