In our Sikorsky Line of Business, the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) program team is currently seeking an Integrated Program Planner to join in supporting the development and production of this next generation combat search and rescue aircraft.

The HH-60W, Whiskey , adds capability advancements to better support a full array of combat rescue and other special missions.

Designed to meet long-range and high-threat requirements for the U.S. Air Force, the Whiskey expands upon the legendary Black Hawk’s versatility by doubling the internal fuel capacity without the use of space hungry auxiliary fuel tanks, provides a robust weapons suite, and integrates defensive systems and sensors to provide an unprecedented combination of range and survivability.

As an Integrated Program Planner you will work in a cross-functional team, collaborating across the business and delivering real-time analysis to our clients.

You will work with program and contract management, financial management, customers, subcontractors, manufacturing, supply chain, and control account managers (CAMs).

To succeed as an Integrated Program Planner, you will use interpersonal skills to collaborate in a team environment, communicate effectively across multiple levels of leadership, and lead numerous deadline-driven tasks.

You will be the lynchpin connecting technical goals with financial and schedule requirements of the program. A passion for organization, close attention to detail, and an analytical approach are crucial skills needed in this role.

Successful Integrated Program Planners come from a wide variety of backgrounds and subject areas, including engineering, business, construction, finance, psychology, and legal.

Candidate must have planning experience and be able to step in to lead monthly business rhythms and ensure on-time program deliverables.

Basic Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Contract Development
  • Experience using a scheduling software such as Microsoft Project to develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Strong ability to analyze real-time data, and take initiative in providing solutions to help the program / business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and critical thinking
  • Knowledge of integrated planning processes such as the Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) and the Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG)
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts

Desired Skills :

  • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Command Media
  • Experience using Deltek Open Plan and Cobra software to perform cost and schedule integration
  • Experience developing Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
  • Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
  • Understanding of the DCMA surveillance process and DCMA Data Driven Metrics (DDM)

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
