Job Summary :

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented full-time senior accountant to join our team. Accounting, Financing, or Business Management background and experience is preferred.

As a senior accountant, you will be responsible for recording, analyzing, and reporting financial data, including Account Payable / Account Receivable, Payroll, budgeting, preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities :

• Handle day-to-day financial records and accounting transactions, including journal entry, account reconciliation, etc.
• Maintain financial statements from banks and other financial institutions for comprehensive reporting.
• Handle the back-end financing, accounting and insurance management on the Real Estate side, which focus on Leasing, Sales, Purchase, and Property Management
• Responsible for accurately processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with tax laws, managing deductions, and responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness and provide the reports directly to the CEO for review and decision-making.
• Resolve finance-related issues and queries.
• Assist in internal and external audit activities and yearly tax return.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business. Master degree preferred.
• Work experience in related field Preferred
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet applications such as QuickBooks, Excel, etc.
• Familiarity with accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong self-motivation and desire to learn everything related to Accounting and Financing in both Hospitality and Real Estate.
