As a

Junior) Campaign Manager

Creative Production & Project Management) at Joli, your role will involve steering projects through the creative process alongside the Campaign Management Lead and cross-functional teams to activate social media and influencer campaigns.

You'll work quickly and efficiently to help oversee creative production for both new and existing campaigns, enhancing the collaboration between the creative and campaign management teams to boost efficiency and quality.

Initially, this role is offered on a fixed-term basis, spanning 3-6 months, with potential for further engagement based on performance and project needs.

What You'll DoCollaborate closely with the creative team to ensure flawless execution, taking charge of project management - coordinating with internal teams, influencers, and external partners.

Source, vet, brief and manage a diverse roster of influencers and UGC creators, along with their agencies, handling related administrative tasks including contract processing, budget management, invoicing, and reporting.

Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights to continually refine campaign performance, and integrate these findings into insightful reports.

Handle community management, and actively monitor and respond to user engagement across social media platforms, ensuring that audience interactions are aligned with the client's goals.

Ensure an organized workflow that shows operational excellence at every stage of a project and establish new workflows whenever necessary to meet high production output.

What We're Looking For2-4 years of experience in social media, particularly in advertising, creative production, or talent management.

Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail - project management experience a strong plusYou're comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel, prioritizing as projects and resources evolve.

You thrive in problem solving and finding a way to pull off great creativity with smarter, more efficient approaches.A finger on the pulse of social trends across platforms (especially TikTok ,Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts)Editorial judgmentStrong writing and communication skills (must be fluent in English).

A positive team player with an enthusiastic work ethic.Nice to haveExperience with Beauty clients.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and experience with in-app editing (CapCut).
