Job Details
- Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am.
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have 18 months perm MS / Tele PRIOR to travel.
Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
- AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
- PBDS Assessment waived.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
- Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
Schedule Information
Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am.
Additional Details
- Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
- Modules must be completed prior to clearance to start.
- Cleveland Clinic will cover the cost of 4 hours of module time.
