We are currently seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Atlanta. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems, ensuring efficiency and data integrity.
Responsibilities :
- Enter and maintain accurate data into computer systems and databases.
- Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and organize data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered and stored.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Strong typing and numeric keypad skills with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
