Job Description

This position operates in an outsourced capacity, servicing a bulge bracket, investment banking client of RRD.

The successful candidate will lead two teams : Research and Financial Analysis. These teams support our client’s bulge bracket investment bank.

They collaborate with several divisions within the bank, including Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Investment Management, and Risk Management.

This is a leadership opportunity for finance professionals seeking high finance / investment banking experience while delivering extraordinary service and expertise.

This role will be responsible for setting priorities, general project / team oversight, and understanding / deploying the resources required for a wide variety of requirements.

• Oversee staff of approximately 15 professionals in North America
• Manage team members and day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

• Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, or Brokerage experience preferred

• SQL and other database experience is a plus

• Track record in managing ambitious strategic and operationally complex projects with competing priorities delivered by cross-functional teams

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $62, 800 to $111,400 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee.

The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to : education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.

In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
