Genz-Ryan Plumbing & Heating is an industry leader and recognized innovator in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, and more! We are in search of the next Lead Duct Cleaning Technician to both perform work, and transfer your knowledge to apprentices who are learning your craft.
LEAD DUCT CLEANING TECHNICIAN TYPICAL DUTIES :
- Lead, train, and mentor junior technicians
- Provide quality duct cleaning, aeroseal, and related services to homeowners
- Maintain a clean and professional image
- Safely utilize and clean company provided equipment regularly
- Ensure company vehicle is properly stocked, and in good working order
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
LEAD DUCT CLEANING TECHNICIAN IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Previous duct cleaning / aeroseal and / or similar experience strongly preferred
- A knack for coaching and educating both customers and in-house team
- Valid Driver's License
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in an evolving environment and embracing change
- Must be able to move / lift 50-100lbs
- Impeccable communication skills
