Description
New Product Development program managers are responsible for cross functional leadership of the product development
process for multiple programs at any given time. While there are many globally dispersed functional groups that own and
deliver significant portions towards the development of our products, the program managers are the central logistical
contact for a given product that the organization looks to for driving accountability and results.
They lead throughout the product development process : feasibility, planning, design, product validation, qualification,
sampling, and ramp. They develop and maintain detailed program schedules, identify, and address gaps, and proactively
assess and mitigate risk throughout the execution. Drive regular and special cross-functional team meetings as needed.
Work with suppliers to understand lead times and ensure timely delivery, track project expenditure and budgets, present
product plans and status to executive management. Contribute to continuous improvement of the product development

Qualifications
BS EE / ME / Physics / Optics (or equivalent) with engineering experience in product development in the semiconductor
industry.
- First-hand knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (design, fab, assembly, test, reliability)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and systems.
- Experience leading complex semiconductor development programs throughout the product lifecycle
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills (at all levels of the organization)
- Technical skills within one’s own area of expertise, and comfortable conversing and operating outside of one’s own
technical discipline
Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; and other such productivity tools (issue trackers,
collaboration tools,
- Ability and flexibility to regularly communicate with team members in various time zones around the world
- Experience with compliance to quality management systems, both internal and industry standards

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $95,335 - $166,865 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and / or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
