Using an evidenced-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) counseling approach, our patients complete live video sessions with their therapist as well as self-guided video lessons outside of session.

Job Setting :Your Role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist
- Provide weekly evidence-based care through live video sessions to individual adults
- Collaborate with other psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow counselors
- Draw on automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans
- Receive support and consultation from the team when needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy ( LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited program
- Experience working with higher risk populations and / or adult population
- Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders.
- Must welcome treating all populations, comfortable working with a diverse range of mental health disorders and committed to delivering culturally responsive care.
- Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
