Job Description
Job duties includes but not limited to :
- Inbound / Outbound customer calls following a script to collect outstanding debt
- set up / negotiate payment plans*2 week paid Training Program providedbi-weekly performance bonus payout
Requirements :
- Professional phone etiquette
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Communicate verbally and in writing
- Computer experience
- Basic math skills
- Bilingual / multilingual language skills desired (not required)
- Background and drug test required
- Onsite position
