As a valued member of the WW Clinic team. you will play a pivotal role in product development, clinician selection, onboarding, training and ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services through our digital platform.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, marketing, chief medical officer, and operations to drive innovation and uphold clinical excellence.

We are targeting a clinical leader with subject matter expertise in obesity care, telemedicine and digital therapeutics who also is capability of developing policies, procedures and protocols across :

Traditional care delivery model

Technical side of telehealth care delivery

Behavioral programs

Administrative functions

Advanced practitioner oversight

Responsibilities :

Clinical Care Delivery Modeling : Lead the development and implementation of the clinical model evolution aligned with the company's mission and objectives.

Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in digital healthcare to inform strategy.

Medical Oversight : Provide medical oversight and guidance across all aspects of the company's digital health products and services.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to evidence-based medical practices. Serve as a collaborative physician to advanced practice providers.

Product Development : Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize, design, and refine digital health solutions that meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers.

Offer clinical insights to enhance user experience and clinical efficacy.

Quality Assurance : Oversee clinical quality assurance program to maintain high standards of care and patient safety through continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of clinical outcomes.

Physician Engagement : Foster relationships with medical professionals and key opinion leaders to garner support, gather feedback, and drive adoption of the company's digital health offerings within the medical community.

Thought Leadership : Serve as a thought leader in digital healthcare, representing the company at industry conferences, events, and forums.

Contribute to publications, white papers, and research initiatives to advance knowledge in the field.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards, including HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA regulations.

Work closely with legal and regulatory affairs teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

Team Leadership : Mentor a high-performing clinical team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

Skills & Experiences you Possess :

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Board certification in a relevant medical specialty preferred (Obesity / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Endocrinology)

Active medical license in good standing.

Minimum of 10+ years of clinical experience, with a strong background in Telehealth preferred.

Demonstrated experience in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare technology preferred.

Proven track record of leadership and innovation in healthcare delivery or clinical research.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to : skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary $200,000 / yr to $400,000 / yr
