Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own and manage products part of our Media Mix Modelling solution (collect, model, analyze, optimize) that is powering the Publicis Operating System.

You will report to our Vice President, Product Management for Media Mix Modelling Solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, define and maintain the product roadmap
• Understand the critical problems and pain points our users have to perform their key tasks and activities during media mix modelling
• Manage competing priorities across market / sales needs, user requirements, engineering / platform tech debt.
• Generate detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation required to translate business needs into product features
• Prioritize product backlog and ensure user stories are groomed ahead of sprint planning
• Participate in agile scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
• Track team velocity and deliver new features every two weeks. Communicate progress or blockers to management
• Partner with UI / UX team to improve product usability and experience
• Determine positioning, messaging, and product sales approach as part of the go to market strategy for your product
• Communicate product updates and roadmap to stakeholders, executives, and users at a regular cadence
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop product documentation, training content, and sales materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience in the field of media mix modelling
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements in support of technical product development.
• Hands-on experience to articulate technical requirements to data engineering and software development teams.
• Ability to work with UX to define wires / clickable prototypes that convey the product experience we are creating for our users.
• Practical experience in scrum-based Agile development methodology working with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.

Compensation Range : $70,000-110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
