We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE COMPANION to assist a lovely, sprite, conversational, active FEMALE PATIENT located in Acton.
Patient has early onset Dementia.
This is COMPANION DUTIES ONLY - but we do need someone who is a good cook and drives - our patient loves to get outside for shopping, errands, and long drives.
Must also be a dog lover - one is on the premises and you will become fast friends.
SHIFT :
Frida, Saturday and Sunday
5 : 30am - 7 : 00pm (BOTH DAYS)
DUTIES INCLUDE (But are not limited to) :
- Companionship
- Driving patient on errands, out for fresh air, shopping, etc.
- Meal Preparation - please be able to cook
- Possible medication reminders
