- Manage calendars
- Book travel and accommodations
- Compose and prepare executive and administrative correspondence
- Manage expense reports on behalf of executives
- Order and maintain office supply inventory, reordering as necessary
- Process invoices in a timely manner
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain office mail room including distributing mail
- Manage meetings including booking conference rooms, ordering lunches, sending meeting invites,
organizing meeting room, attending as necessary for support and recording minutes
- Plan, coordinate, organize and help at various company meetings, events, and celebrations
- Receive deliveries and complete business errands as needed
- Assist with the execution of administrative HR and Accounting / Finance support tasks.
