Forklift Operators are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Forklift Operators are responsible for a variety of typical warehouse duties, including handling material and operating a forklift to move product around a warehouse. Although you will start out as a Forklift Operator for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. • In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing :
• Safely operate a reverse steering stand-up CROWN forklift after training and certification in a busy fast-paced warehouse environment
• Unload individual floor stacked cases or full pallets of product off trailers onto pallet boards, move to / from trailers or within warehouse
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology and pay attention to labels
• Ensure successful individual performance by meeting or exceeding performance time standards post training period.
• Properly manage warehouse inventory by using handheld scanners and Inventory Control Systems
• General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e. g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)

We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
