Pay :
$.55 cpm - 2 yr to 5 yr exp
$.60 cpm - 3 yr to 9 yr exp
$.65 cpm - 10 yrs or more exp
Detention Pay $12.50 per hr after 2nd hr
Layover Pay / Breakdown Pay $100 per day
