Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, assisting them in selecting the right vehicle.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements :

• Bilingual proficiency in English and insert second language .
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• High energy and passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn about our products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
