Job Description :
CRNA needed near Belleview, FL to start as soon as credentialed.
- Reason for need : short staffed
- Average Time to Credential : 90 days
- Types of Cases : Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB.
CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement.
- Required Procedures : General to Trauma / will consider non-trauma CRNAs for general cases.
- Trauma Designation : Level 2 Trauma Center
of Operating Rooms : 15
- EMR : Meditech
- Shift Days : 4-10 hour preferred, but could also have some variability with 12 hour shifts
- Call Required : Flexible- Would prefer CRNA who could help out with call rotation., but would consider CRNA without call.
- Weekend Required : Flexible - Site could use weekend help with call rotation, not required.
- Minimum Number of shifts per month : prefer full time coverage
- Current Available Shifts : 4-10's, 3-12's. Would prefer CRNA to help with call rotation, would consider without. Call schedule TBD with Chief CRNA as current needs fluctuate due to current staffing numbers on site.

- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.

Required Qualifications :
- Must have Trauma experience
- Must be proficient in regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement.
- Must have fulltime availability
- Must have active FL Medical License
- Must be willing to cross credential at West Marion
- Must have clean background and malpractice
