The Home Service Sales Account Manager is responsible for the retention of our current customer base, the growth of our service accounts and meeting sales objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Primary person responsible for communicating with Home Service Customers regarding repairs needed, customers issues, cancellations and overall relationship management.
- Meet all sales objectives for order volume and margin :
- Quoted Repairs
- Effectively build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Proactively working to monitor activity with all Home Accounts to provide exceptional service to our customers by making contact with active accounts around call outs, repairs, and past due invoices.
- Support management in the review of accounts where the company may be losing margin and / or money
- Working with Service Coordinator to manage open jobs and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Working with Finance to ensure outstanding balances are managed and working with customers on receiving payments.
- Responsible for customer service and the retention of our customer base remaining above 90% and participating in the Hot List meeting.
- Reporting metrics weekly on units added and orders sold.
- Identifying sales opportunities, generating sales proposals and winning the sale.
You must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug and background screen.
