The ProviderOperations Project Manager will assume project management duties inProvider Operations overseeing the daily activities of newinitiatives and monitoring of ongoing projects specific to ProjectManagement Communications Training and Healthy Opportunities(PM / Comm / Training / HO).
The Provider Operations Project Managerwill :
Assisting to identify evaluate and resolve complex issues andcollaborate closely with leadership and others to develop implementand expand new programinitiatives.
Oversee new initiatives as assigned to include participation inplanning and development meetings educational meetings with vendorand state staff throughout implementation monitoring of work toensure schedules are maintained and deadlines met and to minimizeuncertainty maintain effective communication by keeping thecustomers educated andinformed.
Oversee the development and accuracy of provider communications tostakeholders and vendors as well as effective communicate crossfunctionally with Provider Operations Teams and all other sectionswithin DHB and the FiscalAgent
Assessanalyze and establish processes and procedures to ensure theaccuracy of provider participation and that the Division does notenroll or retain fraudulent entities or nonparticipatingproviders.
Manage the oversight monitoring and direct operational performanceof vendors designing applicable protocols / tools / forms to ensurecontractual compliance asassigned.
Requirements
Skills :
Knowledge of NC Medicaid programs and familiarity with ProviderOperations.
Excellent analytical critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
