Our clients is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare building projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, particularly in the healthcare sector, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Description
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for healthcare construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, especially regarding healthcare construction standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and enforce safety protocols.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
