We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our highly capable and collaborative team to ensure clients' projects meet quality and delivery requirements.

Projects include landmark highrise buildings, corporate headquarters, and high-end residential. Our custom solutions are complex and time-sensitive, and it’s imperative that the Project Manager has a deep understanding of both the client’s and ORE’s needs from all angles.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of experience or training.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, building supply, design, or related industry.
  • Strong preference is given to individuals with an active PMP certification.
  • Strong preference is given to individuals with knowledge of architects, contractors, and suppliers in the landscape architectural industry.
  • Ability to stay highly organized using CRM, Gantt charts, scheduling, and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and very well spoken.
  • Solid proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and other computer programs. CRM experience is required. Understanding of an ERP, such as NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work in conjunction with the Sales and Estimating departments to verify accuracy in scope, process, and schedule.
  • Engage with clients by leading a kickoff meeting to ensure project requirements are well understood.
  • Engage with Manufacturing, CAD, and client teams for input of methods and materials to ensure constructability and costing accuracies, CAD deliverables, revisions, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate and engage with other departments, such as operations, supply chain, CAD, and design development for their input of methods and materials to ensure buildability and costing accuracies.
  • Work accurately and efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Regular, timely, and predictable on-site attendance is required for this position.
  • Maintain positive working relationships.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-Time : Mondays through Fridays, 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm.
  • This position is in-office, remote work is not available.
  • Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands.
  • Salary is competitive and comparable to industry standards.
