About the Position

Position / Specialty : Cardiac Step-Down RN

Shift : Will work 3x12s, Nights (19 : 00-7 : 00), Holidays as needed

Ratios : 1 : 5

Weekend REQ : Rotating weekends

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : No

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? Yes, Travelers for the Downtown and Northeast campuses may be required to float between DT / NE campuses due to census and / or staffing needs.

A ratio of 1 : 6 may be required when floated to other units.

Required / Preferred

Years of experience REQ : 2 years of experience required

First-timers accepted : Yes

License REQ : SC or Multi State / Compact RN license. Will not hire with pending license.

Certs REQ (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association (AHA)) : BLS, ACLS

Trauma Level REQ : N / A

Special Requirements : Telemetry, IV Start skills required

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs

Local Radius : 60 miles

Locals Accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate.

RTO Restrictions for Client Offers : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs

Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
