About the Role

The Operations / Outside Labor role is responsible for operating / monitoring all grain receiving and shipping operations at our grain elevators.

Key responsibilities : Operations 1

Operating / monitoring all grain receiving and shipping operations

Participate grain quality control, general maintenance, housekeeping and maintain the highest of safety standards

Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb and work at heights exceeding 50 ', climb ladders, lift & carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties.

Ability to work extra hours during harvest season.

About You

High School Diploma or equivalent

Mechanical Aptitude

Welding skills a plus
