Job Description :

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with emergency room experience to join our team on a per diem basis.

As an ER RN, you will provide critical care to patients in emergency situations, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Assessing and triaging patients based on their medical condition.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring patients’ vital signs and responding to changes in their condition.
• Providing care and support to patients and their families during stressful situations.
• Collaborating with doctors and other medical staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.

Education and Certification Requirements :

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous experience working in an emergency room setting is required.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
