What You WillDo :

Field incoming calls from clients requiringabout the order product and service.

Understandthe nature of the reason for contact and document the detailspromptly and accurately.

Maintain acompassionate and composed demeanor especially during highintensitycalls.

Relay critical information to theinternal and external teams to expedite the any process.

Succeed in a structured environment where performancegoals are set and measured driving member satisfaction.

WorkFromHome Requirements :

Dedicatedquiet workspace without interruptions.

You musthave the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSLSatellite Hot Spots etc). Modem / Router must be in the same room asthe computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5mbps upload.

A companyprovided computer and partial internetreimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of yourconnectivity.

Demonstrated ability to upholdproductivity and confidentiality in a remote setting.

Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and trainingsessions.

Availability during standard businesshours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.

What You Will Need :

Prior customerservice experience. Call Center experience is preferred. Bilingualskills especially in Spanish are a plus.

Abilityto provide excellent customer service and thrive in a highvolumecall environment.

Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.

Empathy and a strongdesire to help those in distress.

Advancedcomputer and multitasking skills with the ability to talk and typeat the same time and navigate multiple systems andscreens.

Comprehensive understanding of maps GPSsystems and traffic safety rules.

Proficiency inMicrosoft Teams and Outlook.

High School diplomaGED or equivalent.
