Shipping Associate I

Overview

Join to apply for the Shipping Associate I role at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. . This role is based in New Castle, DE and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all shipping activities within the warehouse or distribution center, including managing a team of shipping associates and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products.

Responsibilities

• Support the shipment of goods produced and delivered materials that are received.
• Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on inventory shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Participate in physical inventories of warehouse and / or manufacturing area.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of outgoing orders.
• Perform other shipping and receiving duties as assigned.
