Product Support Specialist and Estimating Clerk

We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented individual to support a single product line through estimating, quotations, order entry, inventory tracking, and general office clerical tasks for our decorative railing product line operation based in Laguna Hills, CA.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Handle requests for quote intakes.
• Document and record estimates created and sent.
• Make follow-up calls on bids sent and keep management informed on status.
• Track inventory and assist with order entry and processing.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to clients / team to ensure smooth project flow.
• Assist clients in product selection and ensuring they are receiving the utmost customer service.
• Communicate with internal teams and assist in clarifying drawing / takeoff information.
• Support warehouse and shipping departments as needed by organizing deliveries.
• Day to Day office clerical duties (phones / emails / opening / closing)

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma required; some college a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings is a plus. (Can be trained)
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; comfort with Word / PDF management.
• CAD / Construction / Data Tracking is a plus but not required.
• QuickBooks Online experience is a plus, but can be trained.
• Bluebeam and Smartsheet programs familiarity is a plus. (Can be trained)
• Strong numerical skills (accounting / banking / data tracking background helpful).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
