Our organization is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This exciting role requires a highly skilled professional who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated manufacturing systems.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, able to think critically and creatively to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop and implement control systems for automated manufacturing processes.

2. Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to ensure optimal performance.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

4. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

5. Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, making adjustments and updates as necessary.

6. Provide technical support and training to other team members and stakeholders.

7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in automation and control systems.

8. Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.

9. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and manuals.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.

3. Expertise in PLC programming, control systems design, and industrial control.

4. Proven experience in automation and project management.

5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

7. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

8. Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.

9. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.

10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.

11. Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
