Job Summary
The Radiology Technologist is accountable for the proficient operations of the radiographic and CT equipment to provide clinically diagnostic images as directed by physicians.
Education and / or Experience
- Graduate of a JRCERT approved program required.
- One or more years of experience as a radiology technologist preferred.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Advanced modality certification in two of the following required upon hire :
- Mammogram
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire (and maintained).
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required within 6 months of hire.
- Employee will not be able to work independently until ARRT registration is active.
Work Schedule
- Day / evening Shift : 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts; 48 hours every 2 weeks
- Rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call time
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$30.25 - $45.75 per hour
