XB DEX builds, launches, and manages customer-facing products that define the delivery experience for millions of cross-border customers along with the CX features presented to them every day from Search through Checkout.
Together, XB DEX is changing how customers experience delivery from the speed, convenience, and selection features they see on the site every day, to launching delivery benefits and new programs for customers around the world.
What will you do?
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead new, large initiatives to define the long-term strategy and vision to meet evolving customer needs.
You will handle complex product development and business management scenarios, proactively identifying gaps / opportunities to then develop a suite of products to solve the problems.
The ideal candidate has a strong supply chain and product management background combined with a solid understanding of current technologies.
S / he can develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but also roll up their sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional teams, customer-centric and creative mindset with strong analytical skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities
Define a data-driven product vision, develop business cases, requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities.
- Work directly with engineering to build exceptional products and manage annual roadmap.
- Understand customer (external and internal) needs, define clear requirements and execute to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, working with business, operations, tech and BI teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs to balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
