Hartford Hospital is actively hiring Clinical Staff Pharmacists for our Inpatient Pharmacy Department.

The Pharmacy Department at Hartford Hospital utilizes a decentralized model with pharmacists embedded on medical teams to provide advice on optimal drug therapy.

We also have multiple American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited pharmacy residency programs, an active oncology infusion service, ambulatory care service lines and a retail / specialty outpatient pharmacy.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

Pharm.D. or equivalent Required

Minimum Requirements

Current CT Pharmacist license or eligible within 45 days of hire.
