Paralegal
Paralegal position in the Legal Department. This role primarily supports the Litigation team of attorneys who work on cross enterprise litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters.
As part of the Fidelity Legal Department, the paralegal supports the Litigation team of attorneys in defending the firm in adversarial legal and regulatory matters.
The paralegal will be a member of a larger paralegal team which serves as the Litigation group’s central resource for cross-functional needs, including but not limited to matter management, client and customer research, as well as supporting all phases of litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters.
The role exposes the paralegal to a variety of Fidelity business units, personnel, products and services. The successful candidate will be capable of executing in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s degree required
10 u002B years of paralegal experience
Paralegal certification a plus

The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$144,000 per year. u00A0
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. u00A0 u00A0
