ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As an Administrative Assistant you will work in a collaborative environment and work on diverse projects. In this role you will provide support to multiple teams.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma / GED equivalent, some college desired
- 3 years recent, relevant experience in an administrative role, preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, ability to learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems (recordkeeping, filing)
- Ability to lift / move 15 pounds
Responsibilities :
- Report preparation / production
- Prepares firm and client communications
- Assists with department scheduling
- Maintains filing systems as assigned
- Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and related documents
- Responds to and resolves inquiries and questions
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
- Other duties as needed and assigned
