Front desk staff play a key role in creating a fun, energetic and family environment at the Super Rink.
Front desk staff are a constant support for the guests whether working as a Front Desk Cashier, Answering Phone Calls, Birthday Party Support, Ice Monitor, Skate Rental, or simply answering questions and assisting guests as needed.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) : Skate Rental, Front Desk, Ice MonitorGeneral customer service interacting with customers, answering phones, program registrationsMaintain cleanliness of the facilityEnsuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests using excellent customer service skills
