Responsibilities
include :
- Processing assigned work according to defined workflows and guidelines to deliver a quality product and internal customer service.
- Ability to balance both quality and productivity expectations within a high-volume, transactional work environment to help meet business and customer service demands.
- Ensure that all activities performed are documentedpletely and accurately.
- Recognize, prioritize, and escalate priority requests according to established guidelines.
- Create and maintain accurate productivity logs for the purpose of tracking department results.
- Criticalmunications with our business partners to meet customer requirements.

- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proven desk and time management with multi-tasking and prioritizing.
- Effectively follow workflow and assess information to make sound decision with basicputer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Education / Experience :
- High school diploma.
- 1-3 years' experience of relevant customer service experience.
- Prior insurance and / or customer service experience a plus.
