We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager for a full time position at our corporate office located in Franklin, TN. This will be a hybrid role.

JOB SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the VP of Finance : Compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization. Develops integrated revenue / expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
Reports organization's finances to management, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance or a related field.
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree desired.
SKILLS / ABILITIES :
- Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience including knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and / or data interpretation and analysis.
- Proven ability to prepare decision-support analysis on a range of issues related to financial performance, business planning, strategic opportunities, and business case analysis.
- Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with internal and external partners and executive management.
- Working knowledge of regulatory bodies relating to payroll, taxes, and general business financial conditions.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
- Comfortable working with very sensitive data and can maintain a high degree of discretion.
- Self-driven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.
- Creative problem solver with a proactive mentality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate up to advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and other advanced formulas).
