You will report to the Director of Services, Americas. The work setup is fully remote, and the hire is not required to go into the office.

There are, however, travel requirements for this role, ranging from 10% to 30% of traveling, allowing for onsite client engagements and collaboration with team members in different regions.

Your RoleDedicate up to 70% of time to billable project workConduct customer-focused workshops and explain product benefitsCollaborate with network and applications teams for solution designCreate network and application tier segmentation strategiesProvide pre-sales support as a Subject-Matter ExpertMeet first-year objectives by conducting customer workshops, gathering input, designing solutions, and creating resourcesShowcase expertise in network technologies and cloud best practicesInteractively whiteboard solutions with customers and create comprehensive documentationWhat You Will BringMinimum 5 years of industry experienceExpertise in hybrid cloud networks and securityProficient in network technologies such as ingress / egress, proxies, load balancing, and overlaysExperience with Azure and AWS networking and security conceptsCCNA or equivalent certification and VCP or equivalent experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of studyStrong documentation and communication skillsAbility to interactively whiteboard solutions with customersThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 124,480 and USD $ 247,800 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
