The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to include billing / invoicing, collections and incoming customer service calls in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Generate billing invoices to customers' from prior day deliveries
- Ensure customer payments are received timely and accounted for
- Credit collections-Proactively call on past due accounts
- Manage Incoming customer phone calls specifically fulfilling their needs
- Promote company products and services
- Generate propane and diesel fuel deliveries
- Use predetermined pricing schedules for various customers
- Learn and understand various products we sell and invoicing structure
- High volume filing
Daily Responsibilities :
- Coordinate commercial and residential new tank set service and delivery
- Create new customer information detailing delivery and contact information
- Complete tank loan information sheet including proactively acquiring customer signatures
- Prepare product delivery bill of lading for scheduled delivery
- Record all new customer information
- Successful new tank sets will be appropriately applied to the customer equipment loan in the computer
Requirements :
- Minimum two years’ experience in a high volume Customer Service call center role dealing directly with customers and internal departments
- Minimum one year in customer billing / invoicing
- Minimum 6 months experience with credit collection
- Must be detail oriented, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond to high volume incoming orders and inquiries promptly and with accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and co-workers
- Professional, team-oriented, pleasant attitude with strong desire to provide quality service and achieve customer satisfaction
