Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty.
  • Performance Evaluation : Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Agency Owner to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive approach to client service.

Requirements

  • Licensing : We will provide full training and tuition for MN Property & Casualty License which will be a requirement within your first 2 months.
  • Leadership Experience : Proven experience in a leadership or management role within sales.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Results-Driven : Strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive work environment.
