Responsibilities

- Collaboration : Work closely with the Agency Owner to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive approach to client service.
Requirements
- Licensing : We will provide full training and tuition for MN Property & Casualty License which will be a requirement within your first 2 months.
- Leadership Experience : Proven experience in a leadership or management role within sales.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Results-Driven : Strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
