Maintenance Manager
Support production operation by ensuring optimal equipment performance)
Location : Franklin Park, IL
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000 per year
Shift : First shift
Responsibilities :
- Manage maintenance team, parts, and equipment.
- Coach and direct the Maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and company policies and procedures.
- Work with the Production Manager and the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
- Prepare operational schedules and coordinate maintenance with manufacturing activities to meet production schedules.
- Communicate with quality and production teams to support production needs.
- Generate weekly / monthly reports as required.
- Monitor the performance of production equipment to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and compliance with all regulations.
- Manage employee selection, training, performance evaluation, documentation, salary, and termination processes.
- Maintain a positive, proactive labor environment and handle employee issues effectively.
