Job Overview :

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing strategy.

This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in e-commerce, online advertising, and consumer engagement, particularly within the CBD, Delta 8, or cannabis space.

You will work closely with our sales, product, and design teams to optimize performance, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email, influencer marketing) to drive traffic and sales on DeltaHigh8.com.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram while staying compliant with legal restrictions.
• Collaborate with content creators and influencers to promote our products and build a strong online community.
• Optimize website content and user experience to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, sales, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to inform marketing decisions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate product launches and promotions to increase visibility and engagement with key target audiences.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations surrounding Delta 8 marketing and advertising.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the CBD, Delta 8, cannabis, or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven success in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with legal guidelines surrounding Delta 8 marketing and advertising.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Work experience in Eaze or Weedmaps is a plus.

Pay : $65,867.00 - $89,092.00 per year
