To ensure that TGI Friday's restaurants are clean and presentable to provide a quality Guest experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for following Friday's cleaning standards as outlined in the cleaning system.
- Responsible for ensuring all trash is disposed of accordingly.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Dusting and cleaning windows, counters, tables, and woodwork.
- Maintains cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot.
- Work with a team and individually to complete cleaning tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Follow proper food / health safety precautions and processes.
- Perform duties as directed by management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment a plus
- Must be able to work with Team Members
- Must have professional appearance and conduct
- Must be thorough and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt and take direction
- Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team
- Must have strong work ethic and initiative
- Must be a team player and good communicator
- Must be able to lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in freezer
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe frequently
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
